Is the water warm ? Does it smell like coolant ? Most likely the heater core is leaking

Get a hose and run it down the windscreen for 20 minutes then move it to run up towards the windscreen...just keep moving it around to see if you can pin point the leak. Does the rubbr look crappy in anyway?
Has it been in a smash or anything? is the braket hot or cold or just normal? does it only leak at certian times like when you are driving or only sitting still

its not the windscreen seal. ive pulled the plastic cowl cover off and stuck a hose in. the water starts to drain and then starts slowly dripping inside. its not a hose or ac problem. maybe a spot weld or something has broken or a seem seal or something... ive only had the car for two months. the guy i got it off claims it hasnt been in an accident but who knows.

So get the hose and a torch and get your head under the dash while the hose is running.

yeh au series 2. nah dont think its rust. i cant see enough in the hole with the wiper motor and stuff out to not see rust but cant see if its a hairline crack or seem split. if it cant be fixed ill just fill the hole thing with no more gaps. solved.

I had the same problem in my AU3 XR8. After some searching I followed the 'fix' and haven't had a problem since. Here's a link to Fordforums.com and pics of how to fix the problem. LINK - http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread ... ing+waterl
