Has a issue just over the last few days 2 of my injector wiring plugs have decided to work there way off,(as in simply unplug) the plugs and wire clip and everything is fine and I havnt had them off in ages.
Wondering if it's common at all.

The wire spring clip has lost it's tension, go to the wreckers and get some more wire spring clips and fit them and you wont have any more problem.

I'd like to know if new ones are available at all? I need some for my XF EFI conversion.

Who has access to the car?? - to be honest it sounds like someone having a lend of you... because if those clips were so badly distorted that they could allow the plugs to move it would have been obvious when you last fitted them and even now they'll br virtually falling off they'd need to spread so far (I really don;t think they can get that way themselves over time in situ).

Have you been to a car yard recently where they checked your car out while you did a test drive?? - one of the major car yards here in Cairns was well known for messing with vac hoses and electrical connectors and other shonky Sh&t to try and "encourage" people over the line in their decision to get a new car...

And I have one of those clips in front of me now - and having no problem bending it by hand to whatever tension I want it to have.... (or not have as the case might be).
