If i was you and the cars purpose is just for burnouts a minispool would be the case unless you have a tonne of power then maybe a full spool (with better axles). But if the car is also driven on the road an lsd would be my choice just for safer driving but hey just comes down to what your plans are for the car

being no expert and all but i would just chose an lsd it will still do a decent skid although they arent really designed for it plus less chance of killing axles , and the police will be a little less suspicious unless your car is already targeted lol

How big is your budget?
If you have a spare $1500 + fitting, a True Trac centre would be the best.

Otherwise,if you are like the rest of us, get a rebuilt LSD and look after it.
As you may be aware, it doesn't take much to ruin an LSD from doing skids, as soon as one wheel gets traction, the clutch packs wear very quickly.
Other than that, they are OK.

i thought about the same thing not so long ago, it sounds like you have the bog standard 3.08, sorry to tell you there is no LSD option for that afaik, you could bolt in a 3.23 or 3.45:1 LSD but since i did a lot of h'way K's it would have ment i was sitting on 2000 -3000rpm @ 100kph for to long

( {DESCRIPTION} )

from going on from what other have said, a Minispool will wreck your day to day when you try to turn sharply (and eventually break your diff!)

({DESCRIPTION})

that brings us to a Lokka, you can keep your h'way gears and your fuel economy and still have something that can rip a skid on the weekends and be reliable - but it will cost you lots of $$$
