hey all i recently brought a pair of focal v30 speakers( and installed ) from a fairly creditable speaker store , the reciept says thats exactly what i paid for but it seems that the finally product looks nothing like the v30s on the box (which i never saw i just got instructions and a sticker) .. does anyone know if this is just a thing that happens with high end speakers because they're hand made that some incositances apply or have i actually been stooged , the speakers sound legit and im real happy just dont know if i got exactly what i paid for..

on another note im interested in underseat subs i think therse a few threads floating around regarding focal underseat subs anyone heard about the new one coming out that has a amp built in with export ports for speakers..or have any info on if the subs worth the cash

once again sorry if im vague or have made no sense im just sort of stressed out that ive spent all this cash for nothing .

i cant comment about the speakers as iv never used that brand but about the underseat sub...fusion makes one that isnt to expensive, iv herd it's pretty good but never actually herd of felt it in action. but from my experience with fusion ( even the cheaper fusion stuff ) they do a good job and you get what you pay for, most of the time you get more

Look at the rear of the speakers and find the serial numbers on them and check them against the receipt. they could have put a older series of the same speaker in by accident, it can happen.

these speakers are highly counterfeited so gota be realy careful

From the pictures in the link I found them hard to tell the difference with except for the serial numbers, glue and bigger tweeter, if they got that right even a pro would have problems, the box makes it worse as the Chinese did a better job LOL
