Has anyone heard of a product that can clean the carbon off the valves of your engine without removal of the head and where to get it if possible?

Hey bud,
Ford sell carny clean in a can. You remove intake pipe off throttle body hold it open and spray till empty. Then start and keep revs up for 3-4 mins. I also think the regular parts stores should have something similar. Hope that helps. Cheers Daniel

there is a product called sea foam that is used to clean valves and intake ports

Tap water. I did it myself and got rid of sticky valves and noisy rockers. Do a Google search.
