c1 head, mild cam, headers+2.25" exhaust are a good start, also trim back the factory aircleaner housing into a sports.
mild cam = more usable power across the rev range, too lumpy = broken things and not very nice to drive on the street.(been there even snapped my cam)

Don't waste the money on the 250, rip it out and stuff an AU 4.0l in there. Even stock with extractors, a 2 barrel carb and the XF dizzy setup it will sh!t all over a mild to tuff 250. And you will save a fortune. Don't believe me? Do some research and then do the sums.
Good luck.
8-)

Believe me, a 365hp, 250 xflow, will be very cranky.
