Hi guys.

Just a diagram of the Heater box in BA/BF and territory.

Colour code as follows:

Soft Yellow = HIM (HVAC Integrated Module)
Soft Green = Drivers Side Air Mix Shaft Motor (Only on Dual Zone C/C)
Burgandy = Air Mix Shaft (Single Zone), Passenger Air Mix Shaft (Dual Zone)
Dark Green = Drivers Air Mix Shaft (Dual Zone Only)
Red/Cyan =Foot Vent Control (Operated by lever on him which is not visible)

Arms which are part of the HIM module:
Bright Green - Windscreen Demist flap linkage
Bright Yellow - Face Level Flap linkage

hopefully this is of some help to people when trying to figure out how it works.

ive got a brand new HIM and can install if anyone is interested, these cost bour 500 from ford and are known to play up. Symptoms are no hot or cold adjustment.
Let me know if anyone wants it?

they do play up sometimes. Usually however it is the air mix shaft that snaps.

ive done mire HIM's than shafts tho.

ive done 100 shafts, and probably 4 HIMS.
