I'm just about to do this but I need to know where to get the constant 12v ignition from, the bbm solenoid has the red and green wires but as I read it you only use the green, is this right? can someone post a link to a thread that shows all this if possible *edit* never mind I found an answer, although when I hook up the vct using this method the vacuum is lost so the bbm diaphragm no longer works, had anyone had this problem? what sort of wire should I be using, I thinking maybe its too thick or something and takes away all the power the the bbm solenoid

the bbm solinoid needs 12v ignition for the red wire and the green is the trigger which is a earth trigger, you can use the 12v from injectors or coil 12v, i ran the 12v ignition power from the ecu power..
