you will need to drill, cut, and make ba rails fit the ef floor...

you can also use an 8mm thick x 100mm wide plate x 2 and bolt seats to plate and plates to rails. wont be legal but neither will modifying original rails. This is what was required to engineer sports seats into my XH many years ago. Rules may have changed tho. (probably have)

I put a set in my EL a couple of months back, it was a bit of playing around to make them fit.
but I got a 2nd set of el/ef rails from a wreckers and drilled and cut the mounting tabs off and did the same to the BA ones and welded the el/ef one onto the BA rails. The hardest part is make sure your clamps don’t slip otherwise the sit won't fit right. and not too heat the rails up to much when welding otherwise they may warp. I’ll take some pics of my seat tonight cheers Steve |

Did this a while ago. Can you weld? If not give up now.
You need to cut the inner rear foot off the BA rails and turf it, either cut an e series foot off and weld it in place or a flat piece of steel, drill the hole to suit and add spacers underneath. Front outer foot you need to cut off neatly, move it back about an inch or so and also outwards a touch. Drill out all the holes a touch to allow for the inaccuracy of the measurements. |

No.
Thats a stupid way of doing it when 2 out of 4 line up already. Move 1 B mount, add the E mount or plate of steel. Done. |
