El auto was going great till we went through a small flood its gone into limp mode could this be a wiring fault as I have replaced the inhibitor switch 14 days ago

as you said it ran great before it got DROWNED,box wiring below the HIGH TIDE mark and the inhibitor plug wiring needs cpr.on another note-viagra may help the liimp mode.

The solenoid connector had a break in it replaced the loom and all good now when ever it got wet it went into safe mode
