As the heading states, I want to know what plastic/rubber the EF/EL genuine body kits are made of. I have a front and rear skirt which I want to fix up and probably sell off, but with a large gap to fill in the rear skirt, I don't want to use fibreglass just in case it cracks when flexed.

I am happy to try and do some plastic welding...and if that's not possible, I guess I have to make do with fibreglass.

Also while I'm at it, the front skirt has all it's mounting bolts broken...is it possible to drill out the old ones and epoxy glue new studs in its place or are the original studs actually screwed into a nut that is moulded into the skirt which can be removed (ie, ezy out) and replaced?

Thanks in advance.
