just get a flathead screw driver and pop the surround out and then the globe is inside, not hard, just be careful not to damage anything when you pop the surround out

got the flathead out,done and done, 2 easy!,didnt have to remove shifter knob or anything, got a bit of crap out ther 2!!? :o
