I am having some issues with my NA fairlane

There seems to be a lot of water coming out of the tail pipe allong with the engine seeming to misfire. below video

also it makes a screech noise when turning steering wheel to either end

is there a fix for either these issues, what are they likely to be.

Is the car using water? If so, possible head gasket, carry out leakdown test to confirm (air pressure down plug holes and wind till TDC, check cooling system for air bubbles),
As for steering noise, low oil or belt needs renewal??
