Can someone provide me with what is required to press out the bushes from the Ford AUII K Frame?

I have a twenty tonne hydraulic press but stumped as to how it can be removed. What else do I need?

K-Frame is the front suspension where there is a large bush located towards the radiator and a smaller bsh located towaards the steering rack.

I cant provide an image as I've lost my camera yesterday and I'm a bit cheesed off by it.

Another Question..What role does the plastic clip insert play? There are two clips, one either side of the bush.
