Hi guys, I have a 95 ef futura and the airbag light came on last night on the drive home, i have checked it out and it is bringing up fault code 24 :System Disarm Failure or Internal Diagnostic Monitor Fault.

I am so confused, where do i go next? i have tried to erase faults today ive done the procedure but did not get any beeps, i replaced the fuse just incase and tryed to erase that fault (12) and again.. no beeps.. the way ive been doing it is: connect wire to airbag fault clear pin, turn key on, wait till fault code has finished displayed once and connect the other side of the wire to the ground pin, then i waited and waited the code just flashed once more and then the light just stayed on like i hadnt done anything at all.... can anyone please give me a heads up, or anyone had this fault before tell me what they replaced.. its really annoying!

Thanks in advance,
Nick

is your airbag light on ?if so there is a fault with your airbag and its probably your clock spring behind airbag on wheel. the only way to remove this light is to replace the clockspring and then remove the fault code. hope this helps
