i know they are illegal to use on public roads.. but Does anyone know how to wire up a flame thrower for the exhaust.. and wat do you need.. lookin to go over the top with a mates xf panel van..
i know u can get kits from qld for like $130 but wanna know if can do it without spending that money for a kit and save waiting for it to come in post.. lol

sparkplug off a coil and a momentary switch to powerthe coil press the button produces spark just mount the sparkplug in the exhaust

You can buy the kits, I madea thread about all this a while ago, might of been FM1 though. Can't remember the details no more.

Tie yourself to the bottom rear of the vehicle and use a deodorant can and a lighter.

also for bigger flames get an injector and a pump to spray fuel into the exhaust :D

at the same time it powers up the coil and spark plug in the back you need to earth out the coil in the engine bay, thus allowing a s**t load of unburnt fuel down the exhaust, it might be ricey as but i reckon it still looks s**t hot.
