I believe that XF springs end up a tad higher than their E series cousins but fit fine - ie. XF Superlow SHOULD be between E series superlow and Low - and XF Low SHOULD be somewhere between E series low and std height.
That's from experience with King springs - so I guess need to be careful about claiming it to be the same with pedders. I have King E Series Lows in the front of my EF and XF Lows in the rear - with E Series king rear lows I've always had to fit one or two 10mm spacers to stop the car looking like it's draggin it's rear.
