Hey Guys and Girls,
i have justy replaced the fuel injectors in my 3.9 CFI EA Falcon. I am getting fuel to the system but it stops at the injectors. If I pour fuel in the Carb body the engine will fire up. But thats the only way, at present. I have read that there is 1 or more fuses in the sytem. Wondering if this has failed.Where are these fuses, buggered if I can find them. Or that there may be another problem, would the MAF have anything to do with it.Is there a way to find out if the injectors are actually getting power to them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure on CFI but under normal cranking most EEC engines will not fire injectors if they see full throttle signal. Try disconnecting the throttle position sensor and clean the connectors. This is highly likely if you have washed the engine or done similar cleaning or spills.
