so im just getting ready to replace my rear main seal and thought id do the clutch, seals in the gearbox and the diff all the same time, my plate thingy between the box and the engine that little thin gasket like thing looks a bit dodge like a bit bent at the bottom barely noticeable, but would it be worth changing that as well? and where would i get one from?

That's probably an item that will need to be sourced from a wreckers or someone parting a car out. As long as it's not badly bent, don't worry about it, when you bolt the engine up it will flatten out.

na its not badly bent, just a little lip barely noticeable, just wanted to know if it was gonna cause an issue down the track i wont bother replacing if its not. its more just annoying to look at lol Cheers |

Nah, it shouldn't cause you any issues unless it's badly bent, then the holes won't line up to install it correctly. Make sure it's installed, if you leave it out, the engine & auto will sit on a funny angle & it will stuff up the starter motor & ring gear, as well as probably helping to chew out the front oil seal in the trans too.
