I notice there is a sticker on my throttle body saying not to use solvents as it is oiled (or something along those lines anyway). It looks pretty dirty in there, will it be ok to spray some throttle body cleaned in there? I'm sure after all these years it should be ok?

Use Brake cleaner or contact cleaner but don't use carby cleaner. Carby cleaner will eat the coating that's inside the t-body.
