Hi all,
I've got an AU Falcon series 3. It has a knock / rattle coming from the suspension somewhere that occurs under light braking especially, but also when simply driving in a a straight line or around light bends. Now, the curious thing is it only starts occurring after 20-30 mins of driving. It is NEVER there from the outset when you first take off. I've read a few threads about similar sounds and seems the bushes on the sway bar and also worn shocks are possible causes in the AU. Before I replace parts (was going to start with the sway bushes), I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction, particularly considering it only occurs once the car is nice and warm. cheers thanks, Jono |

try the top control arm inner bushes first. Mine got all creaky so I pulled them out, lubed the sleeve back up, shoved them back in and it's been fine ever since.
Strange that it doesn't occur when stationary?
