Hey Everyone,
Im looking at buying a BA Wagon on Gas. only problem is that the tank is in the back and I'd love the extra room for my wifes wheelchair. Does anyone know if the gas tank can be fitted underfloor on the BA's and if so, which tank do they take. Is it the Scuba tanks like i have in my EF wagon sitting on top of the petrol tank or do the normal tanks fit under the car with a smaller petrol tank. Im not quite sure how the BA Wagons are set up, someone mentioned the Petrol tanks in those are under the back seats. Thanks |

You have two options with the BA wagon.
Either a cylindrical tank in the back or a toroidal tank under the floor and move the spare into the back. Given the cost of the toroidal tank plus the spare tyre bracket plus the rework of the gas lines. I'd just put up with the cylindrical tank in the back. |
