Hey everyone,
Well, i've been wanting to do a manual conversion in my ute ever since i got it and am starting to source a t5 gearbox. Question is, are all t5 boxes universal with the exception of the suitable bellhousing for the specific car? do you also need to get a different fly wheel, clutch plate and pressure plate?

I may or may not be able to get a t5 out of an EB falcon, and to this i ask what other components i will need to source to make the conversion work, if it will? i know i need to get a pedal box, clutch cable etc...
also is an XH ute equivalent to an EL falcon in terms of same driveline, just different shape of car?

Any advice will be much appreiated
