Hey guys,

Can anyone tell me what's involved in running Bf tail lights on a BA ute? Would it be easier to swap the complete rear loom? Can you swap the rear loom? Is there a plug at the rear of the cabin?
The reason that i ask is i have a complete BF Pursuit tub and i would like to put the rear bar on my ute, but as mine is a BA it has the reverse light in the rear bar. Any ideas would be great!

Cheers Paul.

P.s. I'll be posting a (rapid yellow?) Pursuit tub in the for sale section soon if anyones interested. Minus the rear bar of course.

In case anyone else is wondering. I spoke to Chris at FTG and he said it is as simple as unplugging/clipping the rear loom and swapping to a BF loom and tail lights.

Sorry only just saw this.
Yep its a case of just get the loom and plug and play.
The plug for the rear loom to the main loom is up just near the right hand rear wheel.
Swapping the lights over also gets rid of the stupid wedgw type globes Ford used in the AU to BA1.
I have BF lights on my AU ute.

Hey, thanks. I knew someone would have done it. Where did you get the loom?

Ah cool, I was quoted $125. Even with postage to Bendigo it should still be less. Thanks heaps.
