Hi guys, I picked up an ED futura 4.0 the other day that has a problem starting. Its definately an electrical problem as i am definately getting fuel. It is cranking but wont fire.
Have cleaned relay contacts and resoldered suspect joins on smartlock module and replace the brown ecu relay under the overflow bottle. What are some other common issues with these as im pretty stumped ! Cheers guys |

Nah its not getting spark. TFI is something i've just been told of so i might try and find a secondhand one and try it out. Will i get no spark if the tfi is faulty ? Cheers

Cheers Coil or TFI. Check the coil is good first and if that's okay, check the TFI which is a known issue with the distributor set up.
