i want AU bottom end with a EF head + my 1636

and for the quotes on the engine you are right the guy is a greedy bloke for $500 -600 you can buy a complete AU wreck for the motor + a spare auto or sell the rest of

yes, will bolt straight on, the chain sprockets from ea to au are pretty much the same

whats head work worth now days roughly plus a light skim and crack test i know it varies but whats the "rough" cost,

but to get the head beyond XR spec

the last head i had lightly ported with larger valves and better springs cost around$1200
