Hi guys just a couple of questions im looking to buy a XT 1968 Gt Lookalike with a couple of things modded

1.Fuel cap has been changed to fill inside the boot now no visible cap on outside is this street legal?

2.Hear control panel has been removed from dash and hoses are not connected is this street legal?

Apart from that car is very nice thanks for looking any advise would be appreciated in in S.A
