As subject states:

Got a Falcon 500 XB 1974 Model, looking at putting 15 x 9 12 Slotters w/110mm offset on the rear, will these fit without having to flare the guards? if i do have to flare them how the best way to go about that without a respray?

couldn't say for sure i had 14x12" on the back of a zf fairlaine but the rear arches were rolled and pumped out slightly. if you have to roll the arches warm the area first with heat gun carefully or hair dryer may work to help stop the paint from cracking.
