I'm in the process of wiring up a set of rpm staging lights and need to connect one of the wires to the taco wire. I have removed the cluster and despite referring to the tech document, I cannot find the taco wire what so ever, I counted the pins and connected the wire to where the taco wire should be with no luck, where the taco wire should be according to the pin layout, is a yellow/green wire.
Vehicle is an EL XR6 Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers. |

Unclog the pin????
I accessed it from under the dash. It can be pulled far enough 'seller ate from the harness to tap it. Can't remember the trace colors but used a quick connect first time to just tap the wire. Second time I took The time to solder. I needed it for LPG |
