Yes, I have a mate that's about to fit a set to his BA ute...
Though the centers won't clear the hub, my mate had to come to me at work and get the centers milled out but a few mm. Could be done without a mill. But I had access to one, so it was easier (though I had to pay $180 for the convenience).

Way too many variables there.
If they are off something like a series 1 RX they will be 4 stud so the answer is defiante no. If they are off a later one possibly , maybe , dunno , probably not...........................................

Based on that fact my Mum is the best around! |

Cant find a picture of the wheels my mate has, but they are 18" thin-ish 5 spokes with dimple like holes in each spoke (can't remember if there are one or two dimples per spoke). Sound about right?

Centre bore is too small as mentioned.
Offset and stud pattern is correct. Wont fit straight up. |

it's a centre locating rim it does need machinery to bore it out, the die grinder won't cut it. could be done on a lathe if big enough, vertical borer would be the best bet. carton of ale or two at the right machine shop might see you through.
I must add also that with these gray area jobs your liability can escalate in the worst case scenario having parts like these fitted to your car. In the case of an accident insurers may refuse claims etc.

Lucky we didn't take to it with a due grinder then... Lol
Umm wouldn't recommend a lathe, horrible run out... Would be a nightmare. Either Cnc mill, or vertical borer would be the go... And like low_ryda made comment on, a carton goes a LONG way! +1 to the liability thing too... Not only for your car, but some workshops won't do it for riak of being sued. My boss nearly said no... :/
