Hey guys looking to put a lsd and change the gear ratio in my s2 au falcon, just woundering would i be swapping the entire diff, or just changing the internals? Also what would be a good ratio for the 4 speed autos?

Easiest way would be to grab a 3.45 LSD out of an AU XR. You could take your car to a Diff Joint and have a LSD and new center fitted but you would be looking at better than $1000 for that. You should be able to pick up a 3.45 LSD for $300 or less.

didnt the xr's have IRS? mine is live axil.

Not all XR were IRS, many series 1 per Live axle.
