Hey all. The gauges ( water, battery and oil pressure) have just started jumping around all Over the place Intermitently. Sometimes there fine other there not. Only these 3 that are effected. I'm stumped, any got any ideas?

Put an additional earth strap onto the engine from the body or the battery. Had a similar issue with the EF and when I added the earth strap, problem gone.
