Hey guys, earlier on in the year, I had to replace the exhaust on my EL Fairmont Ghia, because it was completely rooted, from the cat backwards, I just opted for the standard replacement type with 2 mufflers.
Now I've got a set of Pacemaker 4490s on the cards, and I'm looking at replacing the original factory cat with a metal core 200cpsi one, would it be worth the extra money to replace a press bent normal cat back replacement exhaust? The car will also be recieving a CMS cam/head package soon. |

2.5" cat back will always be an improvement.

Thanks guys, can you suggest any brands which are good? I don't want anything loud so something with 2 mufflers would be ideal. Thanks much.

Hey Damoo, I have Redback 2 1/2 setup with my EL, Pacies and Hi flow cat, I have found it pretty good. I got 1 muffler and a hotgog on the back, not too loud and has a nice note.
