I'm installing electric water pump on my 95 ef, when the old belt drive pump was on there I had a hose from the thermostat and also a hose from the heater valve to it, now I have the electric pump do I just block off these two hose's or do I need to redirect them somewhere?

Then yes, you need to hook those lines up in some manner.
without them you have no heater.

So any suggestions on where I might plumb them back into the system, as far as I can make out they look as if they where feeds off the pump.

gut out the impeller of the mechanical water pump. Then just leave as is.
All the hoses will function as normal. |

gut the impeller out of the old water pump. This means there's no demand on the engine & the water pump will use very minimal engine energy if not none. It will more or less just be another pulley for the serpentine to rest on.
Then hook up the electric water pump so it pumps water into the mechanical water pump inlet port. 1. bottom radiator hose to inlet of electric water pump 2. outlet of electric water pump to inlet of the gutted mechanical water pump 3. there's a heater hose that connects to the heater pipe from the mech water pump (small bottom outlet) 4. there's a heater bypass hose on the mech water pump that connects to the block (small top outlet) |
