Looking at getting some calipers from a fg xr6t ute to put on my fg xt sedan, are the brakes ute vs sedan the same?

not quite the same but they can still be fitted, std fg brakes are smaller than the xr6t. .
to fit them you will need the rotors aswell as the calipers..

I was going to upgrade my stock xt rotors and pads, but when the opportunity came up to get xr6t calipers, I took the chance. So now I'll just upgrade the whole system to suit the new xr6t calipers. Should be a substantial and most likely over the top change, though being brakes I believe it's one of those things that can never be good enough if you know what I mean...
