Iv got an 97 el and for the past month after I replaced the radiator it will just die for no apperant reason no matter what speed I'm doing or even if it at idle at the lights and starts back up after resting it for half hour its not on gas so its not freezing over all the plugs, leads, coil is all good no vacuum lines are off no plugs are loose and all the fuses are good all I can think of now is it could be a sensor or part of the efi or wiring harness any help would be great thanks

Coil or TFI module. Distributor could also be dying. Since you got the radiator replaced, some coolant may have gotten into the distributor causing mayhem. Distributor/TFI module generally hate water. Pull the cap off, give it a clean/WD40 and see what happens. Make sure you don't lose the centre button inside the distributor cap when removing.

How is your oil pressure and tacho reading?
I had very similar issue and it turned out to be the oil pump was on its last legs.
