A quick google search came up with this:

http://www.conceptpaints.com.au/TDS/2K% ... 0Paint.pdf
http://www.conceptpaints.com.au/MSDS/2K ... 20Grey.pdf

Looks as though you'll have to get it mixed?

I've been looking for it in all the major automotive shops for years but have been unsuccessful...

If you end up getting it mixed into a pressure pack I'd be interested as to how much it set you back!

K&H used to make a bumper coat in EA grey,Commodore grey and a couple of others.
It can be used to replicate the texture on the bar or if thinned more, will just colour.
Has the right gloss level as well.
Most automotive paint suppliers should have it.
