Not much. 3.23 to 3.45 is a small gap.

When I went from 3.08 to 3.45 I was totally shocked and dismayed at the virtually nil difference - if anything I lost a bit of performance off the line (torqey cam that didn't rev particularly quickly). Was $900 odd bucks WASTED!
IMO you need to go to at least 3.7 - pref 3.9 and even consider 4.11 to see any real difference - but keep in mind the downsides - ie. higher revving at higher speeds. I've put a slightly higher stall converter into my current car (with 3.08 diff) and it's improvement is 1000% more than that 3.08 to 3.45 diff change gave me.

i went from a 3.23 open spinner to a 3.45 lsd in my manual el falcon and it made a noticable gain, was easier to get the car moving down low off the lights, but in reality its not a huge gain.
