it can be done, it will be a costly excercise though, At minimum, you will need to source the following bits: Gearbox, Bellhousing, Clutch, Clutch fork, (Not sure if the 6 speeds run an interegrated bellhousing) Flywheel, spigot bearing, clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, hydraullic lines, pedal box (may just need the pedal, not real familiar with the setup of the BF Pedal box) the ECU will probably also need a flash tune, you will need a manual centre console, and you'll probably need to cut a great big hole in the floor, and weld in a section from a manual car (an XE floor hump MAY work, but I sorta doubt it a bit, will work on X series and E series, but not sure about BF) . That's all I can think of at the moment. I am not sure if it'd be worth doing with a BF, due to how costly it'd be, but if you are keen, it can be done.

Can the 4 speed auto be changed out with a 5 speed or 6 speed auto maybe. Would this work with a tune. And be cheaper. Would i have more power.

costs would be cheaper but still around the $2,000 mark for the 5 seed conversion and
the 6 speed auto would as much as the 6 speed manual conversion, maybe more..
you wont get anymore power from auto to manual...
