Hi guys had an LPG conversion done on my EL about 3 years ago now and in the last couple months when going on long trips my gas tends to s**t itself and stall. It seems to be worse as the car gets hotter, but i have also noticed when i drive on freeways for a long time and then take an exit and come to a complete stop it more times than not coughs splutters n stalls. Obviously the stalling happens always when coming to a complete stop and coughs before stalling.
Any ideas? when i run it on petrol i dont have any stalling issues, but it always idles rough as all hell on petrol but idles perfect on gas lol, so thats another issue but one that doesnt bother me too much for the moment. Any solutions/ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks guys |

I would expect that your balance pipe(airbox to converter not attached correctly. This usually causes the symptoms your explaining.
As for the fuel side of things, I would expect if the vehicle has been run on LPG a lot that one or more of the fuel injectors have gone bad, easy enough to replace if you are mechanically minded. |

so the airbox to convertor pipe being lose would cause the car to stall when coming to a stop quickly etc?
and the rough running on petrol from the injectors? And unfortunately im not the most mechanically minded lol any walkthroughs available you know of ? thanks for the reply mate |

Running rough on fuel and fine on LPG would indicate fuel injector issues, and balance pipe(hose from airbox to converter will definately cause stall issues.
