If it still has the original Barrel and Key in it, take the VIN, starts with 6FPAAA JGCM, and get to your local Ford dealer, they should have the key number on record then, go to a locksmith with the number and have them cut your key. I think you may have to have it programmed to your car?.
As to your remote, Ford has made them obsolete but you can still buy on Ebay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Keyless-Entr ... 19d882cfa9.

This has the Chip key? You don't need another remote to add one to your vehicle.
You should be able to get a mobile Locksmith to come and figure out a key for you, not sure how much but I doubt it would be too much.

Does the same key to start the car open up the door?

If so remove the door lock from the door take to lock smith and they will make you a key from the pin order that you gave them from your door lock

That will only work if the key isn't a chip key.

its easy to train the key pad.. you dont need the old ones..
you turn your ignition to acc and press the rear denist buttons 3 times within 5 seconds, the door locks will cycle you then press a button on the new key pads, the door locks will cycle again and your done...

Not always - My XR6 wagon was original in all respects, but they had no key nos.

They just need a lock cylinder - the locksmith I had did mine in minutes.
Mind you, bring some ID or whatever - I can't remember, but I may have shown rego papers, for what they were worth.
