just wondering if anyone has used these hoses before and their experiences with them. i was quoted $130 including postage for my area, which is similar to an aftermarket supplier in the town i live in.

I was led to believe that their product is a GOOD one. My experience with some after market hoses made me want to steer clear.

Anything that removes that stupid leaky nut has to be good.

really? how often have you had to change the nut on any single car? I've done two, one on my b series and one on the a, no sign of leaking again yet, the b series went first at 80,000kms, the au went at 240,000kms. Worked out on an average of 20,000kms a year, fixing that once every four years wouldn't justify the cost of the new hose since the replacement nut is about $12?

And it has to be one of the easiest things to fix if you can drive a grinder with a thin disc properly, better than doing a starter motor for example.
