I have a lukey 2.5" with sports center muffler and 8" resi with hi flow cat and 4499 paccys, cackles a bit, loud when you open it up, loud outside the car and not loud inside the car. I love it.
You're tip has a lot to do with the drone swell. If you put dump tips on you're gonna have a bad time.

Just spoke to a few muffler shops and they all have said a 200 cell will be fine, so you were right Troyman and Evl. Funny how the price went from $350 to $400 for a supply + fit and then when I told them I can get a 200 cell magnaflow for $160 they all reckon they can match the price with $100 to install.

The bloke from tuffcarparts on ebays a legend. I was going to go the $160 priced 200 cell but I cant wait for the delivery as the current cats REALLY bad ( 1/4 tank of fuel in 30k's or so and sounds shocking) so I have had to get Mountain Muffler to install the same cat for $270 tomorrow. Mountain muffler wanted $400 until I told him about tuff's prices and he said he would match it with $110 for install ( still ridiculous seeing SWC has already done all the hard work but it has to be done). Seriously, Id recommend tuff's stuff to anyone, the bloke answered my question quickly and didnt bull s**t me. You want exhaust parts OP, give tuff a go.
