maybe find some second hand pacemakers 4480 or 4499 extractors on ebay or get some hightech ones.

Yeah pacemakers are defiantly the way to go, if you can stretch your budget get them brand new or like Gezza said try finding some 2nd hand...

$300 is a bit tight - for that I think all you could really manage would be cheaper Genies or Tigers. I personally prefer the look of the Tigers - think they're something like $270 form Best Mufflers Online?
If you can stretch to Pacemaker 4480 / 4499 then def go that way. Pretty sure 4480's suit top end and 4499 are lower/broader rpm range and torque - ie. better for general street use particularly in milder or unmodified engine.

although you might gain an extra couple of extra kw from a set of PM comps, you wont feel the difference.
any mandrel bent extractors will be fine for your application...

considering the velocity involved and the area spread across 6 primaries and 2 secondaries, those press bent Tigers should still be ok especially for mild or unmodified engine.

Also the stock system thats in it is brand new from the manifold back, so im wanting to keep the cat to save money. Is this ok
