Just picked up my xr50 ute last week!

it still has new car warranty but I'm wondering what mods i can do without voiding the warranty?

i have already done a few mods

-removed restrictor..
-k&n air filter..
-made up a thing out of pvc pipe which sits behind the upper grille and pushes air into the snorkel..

I just ordered my hardtop and should be here in 8-10 days or so, and I'm thinking once i have a bit more money il look towards an exhaust and wheels, but with the exhaust I'm wondering if i will need to get a custom tune? i don't know much about exhaust systems, i just want a catback or something similar which will make a bit more noise, not necessarily for more killerwasps..

this is my ute

and i don't want to tune my ute at all.. so does that completely rule out getting a new exhaust?? or can i leave the stock extractors and cat and get a catback from ebay?? cheers!

Thanks champ! It's a real good ute and would recommend them!
I prefer it over my old ba xr6..

Any ideas on my exhaust issue?? What do you think I should do?

Cheers

If your only looking to beef up the tone a cat back will be fine mate and there will be no need to retune unless you decide later to modify the car more for more kws
