No, that is an XR style wagon spoiler. Not sure if it's genuine or aftermarket. The dust deflectors are usually a smoked plastic type and curve downwards to follow the shape of the tailgate.
The last one of these I saw on E-Bay went for below $200.. all you can do is try.
