Hoi guys, when I first start the Fairmont (from cold) it is very slugghish, like it's having a hard time getting that engine going. Then if I turn it off and start it again it cranks over instantly, starts very well. Engine is fine, runs very good, low K's, so should be something else. Here's a vid, but the sound is what you should be paying attention to (turnt he vol up a bit)...

Only 2 meg that vid, any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.

Yeah it is a nice car. Got it second hand from the first owner (made 12/94 bought 1/95), from a family, a good one by the looks of things. Has 109 000Kms on the clock. I'm out near the Hyperdome if you know where that is. Ummm, It's still stock as a rock, and I don't really know that much about motoring so don't know what'll be done to it. I just wanna have the engine and all the mechanics running at optimum, without it being a loud overdone thing (tis a Fairmont, not an XR6! lol).

Ha, just looked at your car, same interior on mine (my dad's old EF had a cappachino one). Noice, what colour is that, dark blue or something?

F**k that's good (the Ks), lol, so many Ford greens look blue in the shade. Man I wish I had my Ps already, drive the thing around by myself, lol (big line up for tests). Where abouts in Bris are you?

I think I'd hate myself one day for ever getting rid of the Fairmont rims, suit the car sooooo well. And I'm not a big performance guy, so not necessary.

Hehe, I couldn't be bothered when was a younger lad, what a mistake, have a car and have to drive around with a open license driver. Capalaba, what side of town is that again? lol. When I get my Ps and the next cruise is on I'll have to tag along. Back to business though.... lol

Ah, I just remember my Dad's old Fairmont (which had 200 000 odd K's on it) cranking over quicker. Wynum eh, my dad (only Brisbane boy in the family) grew up in that area.
