G'day, I tried to read my manual, but I can't gather what alternator I have.

AU Series I - Visteon Alternator

AU Series II/III - Mitsubishi Alternator

Now do we have a "6G I/F" Alternator whatever that means, and outputs 50/110 Amps.

What are the other Alternator's that were released on the AU? (Mainly AUII/III please).

I've heard that the cop cars got a larger alt (around 120 Amps)? Was this the "4G Std", with 58/120 Amps? Or the "6G L/F" with 65/135 Amps?
