You got a sweet deal!!! and as ToranaGuy said you can use it for business and claim everything on it!!!

Put some stickers on it and tidy it up...

The business has to own the car, Even then I don't want to keep the car for more then about 2 years. There is a lot to consider before spending that sort of money.

Am I to assume that LPI stands for Liquid Port Injection?

I am about to S/C my BF wagon with a Raptor kit but am needing the info and parts to upgrade the factory dedicated gas, ie mixer setup to liquid port injection.

Do you know what ECU I need to purchase so that I can get an injector pulse and who can sell the conversion bits I need.

This kind of thing has been done, I've even managed to get a pic of a guys engine bay on another forum, but you think I've been able to get anywhere.

You'd be better off selling the BF and obtaining a petrol-only example for conversion. You'd save yourself SO much money and headache.

That's pretty much my response to anyone wanting to 'upgrade' an Egas falcon.

Damn it I should have read this before buying the Egas BF3 wagon last week. Doh! It's a work truck but I was toying with the idea of upgrading to LPI sometime.

How much is the kit for LPI injection? Ok so I have a Egas wagon and I want to upgrade with LPI. Is it doable what is required? and how much will it cost? I have read the previous comments and understand it's not really a good idea, but I bought the car now so I will try to make good DOH!

You will need an existing petrol ECU and wiring loom in order to install an aftermarket liquid injection system. Upgrading an E-Gas engine to LPi will be prohibitively expensive.

A petrol ECU and engine loom is easy from the wreckers. I am in no huge hurry so collecting the parts can be worked out in a few months
