Found on the Mq that it has from factory 2 X 1A dc converters ( 24 to 12) running off the ignition. One I think goes to the tow lights and the other goes to the cig lighter and original radio. The manual I have for my mp3 player says it uses a max 10A, but seeing I have ran a constant from the 12v battery ( will be getting a RedArc charge equalizer in the next few months) will the 1A be enough for the accessory feed for the player? I have been told all the accessory feed does is tell the player to turn on and it draws its power from the constant, so will the 1A be enough? I will be running the cig lighter off the same converter.

Yer it will be more than enough, that signal/ turn on wire goes to a ic so not much current draw at all.
